Firstly a little about us
As Estate Agents and business partners, Adam Pooley & Justin Fletcher have been helping people buy and sell as well as rent and let properties in Tunbridge Wells for over 10 years. ‘TW Flats’ estate and letting agents 1st opened their doors for business on the 13th March 2004. Since then we have built a reputation for excellent customer service by looking after our customers through first class service, market knowledge and expertise in the flat market.
We work from our modern and prominent double fronted office in Tunbridge Wells town centre where we combine the latest technology with years of local market knowledge to provide what we think is an ‘estate agency experience’ aimed at providing you with all the answers for successfully selling your property or in the hunt to buy your perfect new flat or apartment.

The town we work in
Tunbridge Wells is a unique slice of ‘Old England’ mixed with a dynamic sense of vitality. It has been attracting visitors for over 400 years and King Edward VII officially recognized the popularity of the town by granting its ‘Royal’ prefix in 1909, something the town’s residents are rightly proud of.
Today, there is an eclectic mix of property which has developed dramatically over the last few years with some of Tunbridge Wells’s most prestigious buildings being sympathetically converted into luxury apartments, along with newly built flat and apartment developments within gated communities and from the town centre to outskirts. Tunbridge Wells really does have something for everyone!
Tunbridge Wells shopping is as varied as the flats and apartments, from the large national chains of high street stores to the small boutique shops in the old High Street, along with bars and restaurants and many other facilities we would all want from the town we live in. The bright lights of London can be reached within about an hour and the coastal towns of Brighton and Hastings in a similar time.
