TW flats. was established in March 2004 to provide the historic and highly fashionable spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells with an independent estate agency that specialises in flats and apartments.

In September 2005, we expanded the TW brand to include TW Lettings, building on the success already achieved, expanding the TW product and complementing the services already available.
